Ford used to be the model T as well. Companies change and adapt. Nobody can honestly put any faith in selling amphetamines to children as a long term strategy.

It's really not. This is the exact same attitude Shire leadership took when they went on their bio-tec buying spree.

Selling ADD scripts that are filled at Walgreens is not the same as managing and promoting life saving medicines, where supply constraints and site of care are always at the forefront. If patient doesn't fill a vyvanse rx, little Johnny can't sit still. If Johnny can't get access to hemophilia factor, he bleeds to death.
 






NBU reps are absolutely not viewed as just primary care if you discuss the specialty parts of our job like psychiatry, neurology and hospital sales in behavioral health. Now you get to add ophthalmics too. Putting us down is something other reps do here to make you feel more insecure because they know this BU was the money maker. I know people who have left for more specialized jobs in device , pain, hospital sales, other more specialized neuroscience jobs, cardiology, Oncology etc. it's all about how you sell yourself. Leave out the primary care parts talk all specialty. It's as simple as that. If the other business units here don't want neuro that's fine. Who want to work under Fleming any longer and this untrustworthy leadership. Start looking now so you and don't waste time with this sinking ship any longer and focus solely on being a specialty rep

Right. Except vyvanse is the 3rd most prescribed brand drug in the country. Stimulants are one of the highest volume prescribed drugs or there. Did you know there's also 14 new ADHD drugs abou to hit the market? We get it people want to take the opportunity to kick the NBU while we're down (which karma will get you for that Bc one day you will be in our shoes in this industry) but let's not pretend this is some dying market.

Opioids are a huge seller too. There are absolutely no issues with the sheer number of opioids out there or how they are marketed. You're right.

You might as well cell cigarettes.

And guess what. At one point you didn't have the experience either. Get off your high horse. I am shocked st the sheer number of other reps coming on here to belittle reps who just basically found out they're out of a job. This industry is is volatile and not for the faint of heart. You will end up in this position too one day. Let's hope no one tries to make you feel bad when you already feel bad enough.

Agreed. It doesn't help that there were a lot of NBU reps saying how they were going to answer all 5s on the last survey so they wouldn't lose their jobs.

NBU is an immature sales force for the most part. Mostly entry level reps and management afraid to speak up and just take their marching orders. I'm sure there are some really solid reps on that team. Unfortunately they are overshadowed

You are textbook self important, I bet you tell people you were "going to be a doctor" BUT (insert lame excuse because you are just a big talker).

Selling is selling and I am sure your HCPs already know they SHOULD treat hemophilia... You discount reps who have to first even sell that there is something to treat.

But OK you save lives and are so much better! Here is your head pat! Now that you feel superior and better, why not stay in your own lane or dig up some empathy for a huge number of good people who may not be up to your (chuckle) standard for greatness?

Not only wil FO not show upin NYC- his court jester, PS, will also suddenly be called away
Dumbass and Slimeball, KC and MR will have to face us lowly pions alone.
 






Chatter over here in NPS is that FO will make an important announcement In NY about large reduction in staff and PS, KC and MR will all be there. I'd start looking for work now,if you're all smart. PS and KC are planning the restructure based on current rankings, not seniority. Lots of contract reps are being hired as we speak.
