I wouldn’t be surprised if a bunch of calls go out today and over the weekend for secondary Covid exposure.
Funny thing is that is exactly what is happening. So many resignations recently it is hard to keep up with. Galderma should be a case study in business 101 at your local community college on how not to run a company.
-Don’t keep bringing in leadership that doesn’t have experience in the field
-fire those who keep making these awful decisions
-retain your great employees
-stop making decisions based off emotion and think some of them through before implementing them.
-have a consistent business plan
Dernavant just took most of your access team and reps are next for those that want to leave. Reps that stay just want to stay under the radar and do as little as possible. Well done folks!
You obviously don't know the real situation! People are going to Dermavant for the money, not because they hate Galderma. Can't blame people for following the money. The leaders in Rx do have sales experience and a business plan. I know first hand all of the planning that goes into the decision making. Galderma has had many changes this past year, but we are still a great company.

Every Aesthetics Co worth their weight in salt with any business ethics/morals canceled postponed or went virtual for their NSM! This will be a full on omicron super spreader event. Great call EB!

The beginning of the end was the day Nestle sold us to Private Equity and Flemming arrived. People have been leaving / fired, replaced by ones without relevant experience. Culture is dead, moral at an all time low. This company is only a shadow of its former self.
Cannot blame people for leaving as fast as they can, especially for more money.

It all starts with Leadership and we have none. Great leaders care about their people, having a live mtg when 5M+ Americans will call out sick this week is just plain stupid and selfish. Flemming and EB made their beds. We all know how this is gonna go!
2 things will come out of this mtg; Covid for Reps and a Fat Price increase for our customers> Yay!

You sound really bitter. Either you don’t work here anymore or you are trying (you really need to leave) to leave. Attacking people who step up and actually lead - not manage- is completely inappropriate. Wishing you much success in your job search. It might not be a fit anymore and that’s fine. Life is short.
Have some respect. It’s not easy to take a leadership role. Anyone can be a manager, and that’s not the case here. You must not work here. If you did you’d know it is no longer a requirement to relocate.
