If anyone out there is looking to hire Mouhamed Diallo for a management position, I advise you to move on. He recently got let go from the organization. Until Mouhamed was promoted (see 'The Peter Principle' for a logical explanation on how this occurs) to manager at Medicines360, he had no prior management experience. There were several HR issues with direct reports and others within various departments. Mouhamed makes his team feel discouraged, unmotivated, and stressed out. He is everything opposite of what makes a great manager. Unfortunately, along the way, several great people left the org due to his incompetence. Due to Mouhamed's nature, it is highly unlikely that any amount of training could turn him into an effective manager. He may have been a good rep, but he was a TERRIBLE manager. He also was unethical, which is extra awful since Medicines360 is a non-profit.
