I think its awesome that Shire hired the Iraqi Information Minister to sell because everyone deserves a second chance.

Look is this place perfect? No far from. Is it the worst? No. Hopefully it will improve with the new leadership, but everyone has a different perspective bc of their reality here. Some have great MC, access, TL's and speakers in their territory. Others don't. So some people have it easier than others hence the wide variety of opinions. Just because you love it and think it's awesome doesn't mean everyone else does or should.

WTF are you smoking? Morale is in the tiolet and circling waiting for the final flush! I know for a fact that the majority of those in the top 30% are interviewing and one just left to go back to B+L, and if ocular therapeutics had their product approved the OBU would have lost around 20 reps. So to say morale is pretty good is either sarcasm or you don't talk to many reps around the country. I have high hopes for the new leadership, however just remember that FO, and PS have to approve the money being spent so not sure how this will shake out. Personally, I'm updating the resume and networking...hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

To improve morale, y'all need to work smarter and harder. Success will help bolster your self worth and quality of life. Only you can control your future. So quit the blame game, it is for cowards and losers.

Sounds more like a realist to me. Our MC is lacking and from what I understand 2018 isn't going to be much better.
