We are in desperate need of a meeting, call, something/anything. Something to make this a cohesive group. People are angry, exhausted, disenfranchised, and frankly pissed about the lack of communication and the broken promises from Perry.

The silence is deafening!

So we are just going to wait until February for the nsm? That is 5-6 months from now. If people are angry now, lol just wait. There are new leaders, neither of which we've heard from only via email (lame), many districts are getting new people bc of those fired in June. This place is a mess, a hot mess.

Honestly I've talked to numerous people across the country people who are at the top ranking, and people at the bottom and I've heard the same thing from many of them. Now it may not be a meeting (although many do say a meeting is needed), but it is at least a call to discuss the state of the OBU and introduce the new people. OP is correct in saying that people are a bit mad and disengaged.
 
















































Looks like that meeting is coming after all. Just hope it's not as boring as all the Shire meetings have been thus far. I'm just praying it's not in Orlando or Phoenix...

You're an idiot. Just hiring them isn't going to magically change everything, but it may help right the ship slowly. You know why? Because they bring a different perspective, ideas, values, and culture with them.
Obviously what KK and PS brought didn't work and still isn't, but hopefully someone new can shine a little light on this and implement some things that will help, but it won't happen overnight.
Also Genentech is an extremely successful company with from what I've heard very loyal employees bc they treat them well and have outstanding perks and work life balance. I can't say the same with what we have here, can you?
 






Morale is not a group think. As individuals, we are responsible for embracing a positive attitude. I for one well always be positive and shape my own future. There are a lot of great things at Shire!

Exactly. Shire WAS. A great company even through leadership changes until "the one that changed it all". FO, PS and KK. Completely destroyed the pride that existed from building Shire into something special. I blame them an no one else.
