Is it just me or has Medela become a company it's founding father would cringe to know about. Ollie is probably up in heaven wondering where he went wrong! The company is in decline and will continue to be until Leadership is replaced.
MG is the worst of the lot. Maybe because she has Michael Larson's ear, her mistakes are swept under the carpet. First the Director of Managed Markets who screwed Medela over, then appointing a VP with no leadership experience. What's next?!
Huge layoffs since profits are down and leadership is blaming it on Anthem. Maybe leadership should have had a strategic plan in place for both innovative disruption and pricing wars. The lack of pre-planning is astounding! The company and it's profits will continue to loose. What is sad is that the hardworking employees suffer the most! Layoffs, lack of opportunity and a toxic work environment. No thank you!!!
HR is the worst I have ever experienced. They make mistake after mistake - setting Medela up for lawsuits. Perhaps having a leader in HR who actually looked out for the employees as well as Medela would make a difference. For some that will come too late! AM retire - you suck!!!
