It's amazing these last few years how people have allowed the hiring . Either you sleep with someone , or rat others out to JH and you can get a promotion! Take out the RSMs role n give credit to CSRs. Hire people of low caliber and promote people never in top 5 of sales. HR allows the hiring practices to go on with JH as it's ego driven leader. People have left who were good reps but didn't agree with affairs and backstabbing . Managers who go travel for purposes of seeing relatives and trips for personal reasons but spend Mayo $. Wake up Mayo
