I'm not the OP but you are missing the definition of a troll. Technically you are the troll. we in the NBU are not happy and it actually helps to commiserate a little bit to know that we are not alone feeling terrible about this company and managements constant fucking with the sales force.

Now the trouble about trying to make yourself stupider than you really are is that you very often succeed.
 


















The funny part is now they are too scared to even have a conference call with us to admit their mistake they make the RDs do the dirty work.

these home office morons giving good marks to leadership really? You only have a job because the sales force is the only revenue generator. Your @ss doesn't create a thing. I am so glad i have no reason to go to home office... these people are so full of themselves. These people get pay raises and promotions for doing nothing. No wonder they love FO, it goes with his philosophy, don't perform and you get rewarded
 






There's so much this company is messing up right now, particularly in the NBU, that Shire should be a case study in what not to do in a launch. Way to motivate your people!!! It's not just these goal adjustments. It's project 20/20 and how they screwed us over with that. The uncertainty of the business unity. Indexing. GEP. Inaccurate goaling. I could go on but by now it's useless. We either have to take it or get out.
