Ok RD here is the truth. Nobody works. Ever. Never. We all deserve to be micromanaged and fired. Every last one of us. We need to be tracked like dogs with the new GPS enabled iPads and iPhones ASAP. Again, we all are horrible and deserve to be abused and fired.

That was easy so on to the next thread. Glad to save the RD some time and energy.
 


















Here is how you tell which ones don't work. Look for the ones constantly bitching about managers. Look for the ones trying to figure out how to get their managers fired. If they spent half the time and the effort they spent trying to figure out how to not work they would probably be in the top 10 percent of the country.

No this is how you tell if a reps working, if market share is growing then they are working!!
 












Look at the new Shire culture at work between RDs and Reps. The reps really can see all the trust, empowerment, and transparency we've all heard about... What a joke.
 


















Got to love this part-time job with full time pay. Leave the house around 9 back home by 1-2. Everyone does this on my team except the one that has the RD that day, then you might have to work till 3 when the RD leaves.

An asshole RD started this thread, and authored this post as well. No doubt about it. Just trying to justify their nazi tactics and push for gps with IPads. We're not as dumb as you think...

Some RD's have a little mans complex and gets off by playing Mr or mrs nazi to their reps... They are the typical assholes that ull run across when u get pulled over and get a ticket...

The management team needs to be blown up starting with Flem or the company is never going to go anywhere. It’s toxic now and beyond repair!

Unfortunately, this post is true for ~65% of the sales force. This is why pharma reps are being let go industry wide.
