More products have recently been added to the Auxiliary list, which is significantly affecting the sales force. These products come with a lower commission, which will inevitably drive people away. Im sure this is why they are pushing ASCs onto larger territories. They need eager and willing idiots to step in as senior reps leave.

Pretty much, they cut the commission in half on auxiliary list items as if we don’t work just as hard on these implants as others. I guess the hope is that they will lose what remains of their sales force.
 



The decision to cut commissions on products and replace experienced sales professionals with lower-level employees is a clear indication that the company is struggling to maintain its competitive edge.

It’s a cruel betrayal to watch the FA reps rake in the highest commissions, while the trauma reps, the very foundation of this company’s success, get shit on.
