I knew KK over at B+L and knew what she was all about. Never really liked her leadership style. Came here knowing she was a senior leader but I never saw this coming. I thought she'd be so far up the ladder it wouldn't affect me. I don't think other senior leaders at her level in other companies have so much direct contact with the field?
