Why doesn't "management" ask for real feedback???... or how about some executive coaching since none of you earned your places and never showed any true leadership except for kissing ass.

Truth. How motivated is everyone out there? Up until this point my philosophy had always been that it's in my best interest to do my job the best I can and work hard because regardless of what they do with the business unit or how poorly the NBU is run, not working as hard as I can is only hurting me by ruining my bonus potential. That was all changed last week when I realized none of that matters because they can rip thousands of dollars from you with one week left in the quarter and we have absolutely no recourse aside from leaving. So no. I'm no longer motivated. And I know my team isn't either. So I'm guessing most of the NBU isn't anymore either.
 






And also to point out this is not a ped vs. adult rep thing either. The peda took he brunt of it last quarter and deserved to be made right. But taking away from Peter to pay Paul doesn't make it right either. Nobody in the NBU truly believes Thai indexing error only affected one segment of reps. Any semblance of trust is conepektly gone. Most of us think that "error." was fabricated so the company didn't have to pay everyone in the sales force their janitors and EARNED bonuses. Doesn't matter if you're ped or adult. We all got screwed at one point or another.
 






Interview in the morning...wish me luck. Makes me sick that i have to pretend leadership is halfway decent during the interview. No one wants to hear a candidate complain about where they are leaving. Can't wait to get with a company with leadership who have more than half a brain.
 






There is recourse, its called bad press. It's not hard, look up the analysts or journalists that cover Shire. Start with the earnings call transcripts you can find it just about anywhere (Seeking Alpha is one place) and get names of analysts asking questions. There are several serious investor job boards out there. Start posting any info you have. I guarantee when analyst/investors/journalists receive dozens and dozens of emails or see dozens and dozens of posts about the same thing they will start asking questions. It will put leadership in a very uncomfortable spot. If anyone has the unedited version of the townhall meeting that will be priceless info. Also contacting the major hedge funds that have positions in Shire. I am sure they would like to know what's truly going on. Listen any questions on instability or Shire's inability to pay the $3B short term notes would devastate the stock price. If that happens investors will call for the heads of Susan Kirby (chairman) and FO. If FO goes, PS, MR and KC all go too.
