KC or MR, who goes first?

considering the NBU has not hit goal in what feels like forever, Adult/Ped rep split has been a nightmare, Xiidra promotion is a mess, and GEP rollout is moving at a snails pace...who takes the blame?!

Easy one - The reps will take the blame. When have these leaders ever held themselves accountable to anything? Even when KK blows a launch, discriminates to the point of lawsuits and is on the brink of a major coup, she gets "promoted" to a position that is out of harms way. Let us know if any of her "strategy" work ever makes it to fruition. She collecting a paycheck while trying to still feel relevant.

Assuming they actually want anyone to hit goal. Look at earnings during that feels like forever period.

The sales people not hitting their goal doesn't mean that management isn't hitters theirs. When you see double digit growth in the slides, you can bet they're getting paid. Kinda like the slide in Dallas where only a third of territories were over 100%. That slide didn't get much time.

bandL has single handedly run shire into the ground. I've seen many leadership regimes. They came here to sell us, got screwed by Obama and now have to actually try and run a company and this is what this mess is.

MR somehow slipped in under the radar and fits right in. I was told he was "fast tracked" here to leadership when he randomly popped up. When I asked why I was given zero explanation. The dad thing makes so much sense. He speaks like a used car salesmen , flashes fake cheesy smiles and acts like he's some hero yet has done nothing.

Reps just sit there rolling their eyes the whole time these 2 are on stage. You can literally look around and see it. The best is when they get mad Bc no one cheers. Well maybe if you were worth a damn the sales force would. It's literally painful to give these guys the fake standing ovations we are forced to give. it's always led by the ZDs first then the RDs stand then the reps slowly get up, I've never seen less respected sales leaders or a more uninspired sales team. These guys have zero respect.

But hey they can take time off and rap!

This is so true. I love how they randomly "fast track" people to the top with nothing to back it up. It's ALL about who you know and has NOTHING to do with ability or skill.
