We are getting new leadership?? When?? I hope they have more than half a brain like these idiots. They have to hire contract reps in order to have a few people out there selling who actually respect them.Out with the old, and in with the new.
I just looked it up as well... poster was correct... goals don't seem to be a problem for the rep in Macom, GA. Over 120% with negative MS growth and negative change vs. Market 13w over 13w. My numbers are better than that as well as half my region and we are fighting to get to 100%. I realize flukes can happen once in a while. Has this really been happening for this rep repeatedly as in multiple quarters?? Who is her "Good friend"
Exactly. It happens all the time. Either get yourself some friends that can help you out with your goal attainment or shut up and deal with what is handed to you.Well this happens all over the place, look at Q1 vs ."Q2 when we made the adult/Ped switch. Look at all the reps that saw very little market TRx drops from Q1 to A2 but their Vyvanse goals plummeted. No wonder these are the reps killing it. They can sit home all day and still hit 110%
Haha. i admit it. I was one of the reps excited about the indexing change because i believed them that it was going to mean more money for us. They got me. I never really have looked at it that way but it is true. This has been one big hoax.The whole "indexing" rollout was a scam. They told us they were switching to this method because we would make more money??? There were reps that actually believed that and I had to explain how things really worked around here. The nation is yet to hit goal under mr. IF. Is he on a PIP. He should be. Who has made more money since switching to indexing? Ok ok we get it. The rep in Macon, GA... other than that rep not very many. It was a scam to get us excited to work hard and then pay us less of the more than $2 billion just over 500 reps brought in. Do the math. 500 reps doing $2 billion dollars in sales. Our CEO takes that money and over pays for companies with old products whose competition is about to destroy them. Hence Shire stock price. Yes KC LIED ABOUT our BONUS but we all have been lied to the last year and a half to two years regarding our BONUS. Corporate and our idiot CEO WILL still get their 137% year end bonus
I'm in Georgia and the plan seems to be working. I'm ranked in top 5%. Making a nice chunk of dough.
I am in the south and making bonus. Just barely over 100% though. I grow quarter over quarter in every important metric so it is a little disheartening when I look up that Georgia reps numbers and see they are at 123% but negative in every important metric. Something strange does seem to be occurring.In mid west and making bonus too.
