I don't know about the rest, but my manager is pretty frank about his feelings when it comes to this comp plan.
 






Don't know her but our table had a discussion about her and her #'s over the last several quarters at the NSM. Peculiar to say the least. She used to be an RD. Not sure if she has friends at corporate though. Don't think RD's do that much with corporate.

She has very close friends at corporate. one in particular interviewed Mr. Phelps at NSM. #fishynumbers
 






It's very understandable for us to question the methods of goal attainment and the goal setting methodology. The leadership from my experience does not look for nor accepts suggestions on a more appropriate way to reward the sales force in regards to compensation. This argument is an absolute no win for salespeople. The argument everyone should be having is the consistent manner in which the sales force has been disregarded both from a compensation and respect standpoint since these clowns have held the reigns of the NBU. The current incentive plan does either one of three things, it is either meant to completely disengage the sales force or is meant to set universal goals at unachievable levels allowing for the easy dissolution of many of those residing within NBU sales force. The third could be they just typed in the wrong numbers for the past 3 years. Cheers.

As evidenced by the "warm reception" he received in NYC. And yes, KK has shown in just 3 short months how "strategic" she is and now has zero direct reports so she can sit quietly and think about the business and how to track reps, RDs and ZDs even more closely. This is where she does her best work and shes most productive when left alone.

I just looked it up as well... poster was correct... goals don't seem to be a problem for the rep in Macom, GA. Over 120% with negative MS growth and negative change vs. Market 13w over 13w. My numbers are better than that as well as half my region and we are fighting to get to 100%. I realize flukes can happen once in a while. Has this really been happening for this rep repeatedly as in multiple quarters?? Who is her "Good friend"

Get over it. Friends help each other out in every industry at every company. my boss has done favors for me when it comes to goal attainment so I'm not going to hate. Didn't hook me up quite as much as this situation but if you don't believe stuff like this happens then you are naive.
 






Totty brought her and JM over to be RD's for him. she couldn't make it as an RD. JM is now KC right hand girl. JM and this rep in Macon spend vacation time together. A colleague took screenshots of them together off Facebook and sent them to me. I'm not good at math but her #'s DO NOT = 123%. her numbers last quarter did not = 115%. Her numbers last year did not = presidents club. Someone has son esplainin to do up in corporate. JM can I be your friend please?

Hey dummy, unfortunately it's all true. Who interviewed Phelps, JM. At this moment is a Ped rep over 120% I don't want to look it up but it's close, so why are some territories that are losing market share and are negative in Vyvanse volume growth killing it with attainment. The whole thing is crazy.
