I've been very curious and concerned about our Q3 bonus too and it makes no sense how most people don't seem to know or care on how we get paid. We are in sales, the bonus potential is why I go to work each day. In Dallas those snake oil salesmen told us the GEP would be 1/2 of our mydayis Q3 bonus, now it's 100% of our mydayis bonus. Vyvanse is the same but they don't give a shit about their $2000000000 product, smart move shitheads. And finally xiidra is on hold? I guess that officially means "go fuck yourselves." So there we have Q3. Back to your original question, yes you can use lube but you will have to bring it yourself because it is no longer in the NBU budget at Shire.

I have it recorded and am trying to figure out how to post it on here. You are such a lying ugly snake KC. What happened to "doing right by us in 2017". You screwed us in Q3 last year. Nothing. You make adjustment for pediatric territories last quarter but adult territories have a lot of peds in them and you idiots misforcasted those numbers as well yet you did Nothing.... You want to "Do right by us" Kevin. Take your buddy MR and quit and take jobs you are actually qualified for like greeter at walmart or Taco Bell drive thru supervisor. Nope I'm in an office now getting ready to sell some Vyvanse and Mydayis. Did get a late start because I had to count all my Xiidra samples this morning. Don't be mad because we caught you lying KC. The departing CFO let FO know that Shire has a negative cash flow so there are no funds to pay out bonuses in 2017. Gotta pay off that massive debt before paying employees.

I always find it interesting that when you tell the truth and call someone out for lying the automatic response is that you must be a fired troll. You can like Kevin or hate him but it is a fact that he did lie about the bonus as the poster stated. To that poster. Please find a way to post that recording from NSM in Dallas. I would love to see what his few supporters would have to say after listening to it again. I think they are in denial
 






























He not only lied about the maydays bonus.... How about the new xiidra payout? 80% reach and 2 call average through end of august when they knew our last day promoting it would be 8/18 bc of the launch and discontinuing the co-promote as of the meeting. GEP was the priority from the beginning of the qtr. Does anyone at corporate use a calendar or calculator? BC last time I checked 6 weeks in the field does not equal 2/3 of the qtr. I feel bad for the PED reps, they had 2x the targets for xiidra and Kevin stood on stage and "tried" to sell them how they would make up for the GEP kit difference in pay out with it. I guess its just another way to not pay the sales force on both sides now. And another sad example of our poor leadership team.

If you like your bonus plan, you can keep your plan. If you like your doctors, you can keep your doctor. Sound familiar. Both are liars.
 






I'm new to Shire. The bonus was mentioned on our Regional Conference Call. I could tell a couple individuals were not happy. Is it a common practice to be misled on bonus information. I was shocked at the lack of enthusiasm for our leaders when they took the stage. At my previous company we stood and screamed for everyone getting on stage. I'm questioning if getting the six figure salary was worth the move. I wasn't unhappy at my previous company but wanted the salary increase. Mark didn't seem bad on stage. I liked him. Kevin needs help. How did he get hired? He is bad.
 












The sales force is in trouble! It is all about short-tern survival for now, However, the real problem is that pharma sales jobs are going by the wayside and in a few years, no pharma reps will be in the USA. Regulatory, legislatures (e.g., Washington, Hawaii, and Oregon), medical societies, third party payers, patient advocates are all backing the elimination of pharma sales reps. But keep on posting your silly thoughts so we can have a few laughs in Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and R&D. Maybe you can bring Jimmy Johns sandwiches for our next lunch. Would not want to be you!! hahahahahahaha

EXACTLY! Why is no one asking WHY the adult reps weren't adjusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great for the ped reps! But how about the adult reps! He addresses nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adjustment for ped reps yet there are a few ped reps at over 120%... who is this girl in Macon GA ?? I looked at her #'s and they are not 123% goal attainment good. She was 115% last quarter before adjustment. She is negative everything rolling 13 weeks and was last quarter as well. I brought this up to a couple co workers and was told the same thing happened for this rep last year as well. Mediocre #'s yet went to p club. She said that she has close friends at corporate. Anyone have any info??? I hope it isnt true but rumor is some home cooking for friends going on??

Don't know her but our table had a discussion about her and her #'s over the last several quarters at the NSM. Peculiar to say the least. She used to be an RD. Not sure if she has friends at corporate though. Don't think RD's do that much with corporate.
 






There are no ped reps over 120%. Not even a Macon GA territory. I just tried to look it up. time to go back to mommy's basement for your long weekend. Oh wait you don't have a job because u were fired so this Monday is just like every other.
