KAM openings

Can anyone provide valuable insight to these roles? Why so many openings? Is it worth it to consider working here? Are reps making their goals? I expect some negative answers, but please consider first that every pharma/biotech job has their down side and it is largely territory/coverage dependent.

I appreciate any honest and thoughtful replies :)

Oh boy…here we go.
Stay. Away. I’ve been here since January of 2020 and it’s a complete mess. We’re all hoping that eventually sales leadership will be fired and then and only then will this become an attractive company to work for. But for now, it’s a shit show.

Seems to be a popular landing spot for reps on. the run who are displaced and or those having performance issues in their jobs. read the “amateur hour” thread if you want more info.

Well they told me 165 base during interviews and then they threw a 135 offer at me. Sorry no can do! . Just like posts read on here , there is lots of phony bizz with no transparency happening there. The sales VP is self absorbed and only worried about his self interest.
