Correct. Sad part is with the quotas everyone does it. Managers use it when they feel like it versus what the employee is actually doing. Employees do it to keep it looking good for them as well as the managers report. It's a situation the industry has set up that's a no win for the employee and whatever the manager feels like. Just ask Brandee Trout she did it and is now a manager at Bristol.
