Us NBU reps are two weeks into this new alignment and I am exhausted. On a regular basis, we all have to fake some calls to make the computer happy when docs have closed their doors to reps etc, I get that. Still, I have always tried to get as close to what the company wants as possible. This new alignment is so poorly thought out that I spend 50% (no exaggeration) of my day in my car driving past offices that I know write LDX. Then throw in the OBU calls and my true (actual face to face) NBU calls have probably dropped to three a day. The frustrating part is that through private conversations with other reps I realize that many of us are in the same situation or worse. Adding the OBU calls to our old territories would not have been an issue, I could have exceeded the expectations. But, adding them to the new territory makes this truly impossible considering most offices close around 5:00PM.

This is such a difficult situation for so reps, and it does not look like it is going to change.
