Wow,
My doc called me to complain about another STAR failure. His patient is some friggin lawyer over in Philly and threatened him about having to exchange the poly after one year. Somehow, it is my fault?? I dont think so. The guy that actually covered it was some corporate guy. What do I do? I am not incorporated.
 






Hell no! I do not want any part of this. There has not been removed yet. Not sure what we is going to do. Inbone maybe?? Let the sleeping dog lay. Patient will probably go downtown to an MD

You don't have to do anything...you have no liability. If the patient is a lawyer, he'll know that.
