There is nothing here for a career. Bavencio is now irrelevant. Leadership believes speaker programs actually make a difference. They force the reps to do many of them, even though doctors know they are a joke and will never come to them. This is the only plan they have. Unless you’re about to lose your house, don’t join this sinking ship.
