How To Get A Job With Globus Trauma

How do I go about doing this? I am so nauseated by quintiles that I would take a little bit less money to go over to Globus, just so I could destroy Synthes in my region. But I can't find any jobs posted anywhere. Anyone know how to find openings?

IF ANYONE FROM GLOBUS READS THIS BOARD: Please post a link to apply. You will be happily surprised at how many Synthes reps will jump in a hot second.

Literally starting with zero sales. How about a third possibly a quarter of what you make now, on a guarantee. Hoping to one day get back to what you are selling, making now. Only to have Globus be bought. One of my Spine counterparts left after the merger and has bounced around gaurantee to gaurantee. Oddly enough, works for Globus now.
Believe me, I feel the same way. Quintiles sucks because we will ultimately pay them out of our lowered comission rate. Chances are that you make more than all but one or two reps in your territory which is a negative when interviewing.
 










Has anyone seen a company called Carbo-fix? They have a few ex synthes people and I think HYW is an investor. They are looking for distributors to sell trauma line with carbon fibre implants.

I carried it for a while. Very limited portfolio, poor instrumentation and some quality problems maybe they've worked out by now. Other than radiolucency which matters mostly in oncology there's no clear benefit and the plates can't be contoured. They offer no outlier sizes with nails so you will get yelled at in the o.r. They like to push modulus of elasticity, fatigue strength and the hydrophobicity of the material but there's no evidence any translate to quicker or better outcomes. Just smoke and mirrors. My advice is stay clear - they are slow payers and only trying to trick a big company into buying them. I still get calls to take out broken and infected implants. Surgeons will use a few times and give up because there's no point to it. I have heard they are paying surgeons to "consult" so maybe they are renting some loyalty. Watch out...........
 








^^^^perpetuity until they fire you in 2 years and pay the next guy 10-12%. take your relationship, have you call in those favor to get approved at the hospital etc. DG is shady dude, old school Synthes guy that will screw you when the timing is right for him.
 




No Show Joe.....Love it! forgot about that clown. If DG is hiring people like JG then his days are numbered too. Weird choice selecting DG for this role anyway. He never built a thing, only watched things collapse around him at Synthes.

Carpenter took over the kingdom that Gennett built and has been smoking cigars and drinking whiskey for 10 years while the place burns all around him, it is so bad. Meanwhile Ken brings in all his guys around him to protect him and gossip with and fight all his battles with. Tells us RM’s we have to dig harder and then tells JJG he has all the answers.

Meanwhile Sandor is telling everyone we are investing in people while slashing territories and tripling QASC’s, all while taking night classes to learn English.

Yeah, things are going real great

Sandor has zero emotional intelligence and has no idea what he is talking about. No charisma, no leadership, arrogant, little to no business acumen. Did I mention his people hate him and refer to his quarterly business meetings as getting “Shamedoored”. Good luck today during the business meetings today.

JJG, you should be ashamed of this hire. Sandor is a clown. Ken is the best you got. Like it or hate it, look at the AVPs that have been brought in under the D&I movement. It is a disgrace. These people couldn’t and probably have not sold anything. Surgeons hate them as they are socially awkward. Distributors hate them because they bring no value. Customer hate them because they are corporate JNJ suits that have nothing original to say. Sales consultants hate them because they lack leadership, can’t relate, have zero personality, skip out of meetings and play the D&I card. It is awesome.

JJG, this is your shit show... good luck in your new job. I hope it is with Stryker, ZB or SNN so you burn their houses to the ground too. I am positive you will never be the CEO of JNJ
