MASI FRAUD ALERT: Masimo Corporation under investigation in Connection with Potential Violations of Federal Securities Laws
On July 17, 2023, Masimo issued a press release announcing its preliminary revenue results for the second quarter of 2023. Masimo advised that it anticipates revenue of between $453 million and $457 million for the quarter, significantly less than the $540.87 million consensus estimate. Masimo attributed the lower-than-expected revenue to a drop in healthcare revenue caused by delays in large orders, falling single-patient use sensor sales, lower customer conversions and decreasing demand for its products from hospitals. On this news, Masimo's stock price fell sharply $29.43 per share, from $147.16 on July 17, 2023 to $117.73 on July 18, 2023.

Plans to cut $100M out of the business and one of the ways is performance based comp plans.... These crooks have made billions of our hard work. And when a big deal closes where Joe is involved it's considered a house account. Unbelievable. Finally catching up with them.
 






Just listened to wells fargo. Cutting $70M out of executive comp!!!!!!!!!

Also, the apple lawsuit can be confirmed or overturned by Joe Biden (Same biden who's son was hidden at kiani's vineyard, niece offered job, biggest donor kiani and appointed kiani to science and tech board......) Is this real or just a dream.
 












Look into phillips lawsuit:

The settlement required Phillips to integrate Masimo technology with little to no market share with their "best engineers" and a required CEO marketing video. Now they are accusing apple of interrupting patient care. Look at the phillips lawsuit. They have a history of suing and demanding their tech be pushed up front.
 












Look into: Stephen Barker (studies and appointments for MASI), Michael Ramsay (studies and appointments), Dr Peter Pronovost (UH) Doctella inventor and MASI advocate. All have financial ties and clinical push. Probably tying in to:

Look at the list of names on committees. You'll see barker and a few others repeated every time.
Look at pages 96, 148, 156, 157, 158, 168, 207, 213, 220, 227, 302, (just search the doc on the word masimo and you'll see how his foundation money is mis-used to drive his tech with stakeholders (often quality officers in key accounts. All with Barker's oversight).
 










































It's not just him. His band of brothers and sisters are going down with him. You can't take that much money and funnel it to politicians and hospital execs to do your bidding and not get caught. Will be funny to watch him go down as they look into him, Clinton and Biden. It's going to be a great fireworks show. And he's been taunting everyone the whole time. He deserves what's about to happen. He was too sloppy with too many people.
