One more time for the slow learners like yourself. Prilosec is comprised of BOTH enanatiomers, Nexium is only a SINGLE enantiomer, the S isomer, hence the "Es" prefix is attached to the generic name for prilosec for the generic name for Nexium, coming soon to a pharmacy near you.

E-nantiomer SMA-nantiomer... it's basically a double dose of Prilosec so more effective for some patients, myself included. The rest is smoke and mirrors that got another patent protected product on the market to the tune of 6 billion. Brilliant.

No democrat is as dumb as the right wing zealots in the House and the Senate, Speaker Boner (when he's not pie-eyed), Nut case Cruz/nut case Cruz (yeah, I said it twice...that,s how crazy he is), and the rest of the republican tea-party morons who accomplished absolutely nothing while endangering all of America to satisfy a small group of crazies who care nothing about anything except avoiding taxes, and in any ways having to pay anything for the privelige of living scott free in this country, and of course, refusing anything proposed by a "black" president, albeit good for the American people.
The Dems may not be perfect, but sanity still reigns. Can't say that for the repubs.
