let's see, where do we begin

1. Get a bunch of KK cronies, who can give away sht but can't sell
2. Have KK lead the sales force, where her keen eye for talent has resulted in the above point and managers leaving faster than she can track something .. now we have Eddie Munster in the northeast among others
3. BD and KK hate each other, thus no lead person on the OBU; KK could not strategize her way out of a excel spreadsheet
4. Finally PS protection of KK may have gone too far even for his slick wille act..
5. Ugh... what's the difference.. KK will point fingers and keep costing shire $$$ in settlements, just like her time at Novartis
