Leadership is seriously scratching their heads wondering why NBU doesn't have a sense of urgency post launch? You want us to make more calls? Where is the excitement?
Let me clue you in. You have lost all credibility. We don't believe you will pay us for our work. You change the rules on us midway through the quarter when it's too late for us to do anything about it or plan appropriately. You continue to put aggressive growth goals in place and change the comp plan so that if you don't make goal, you don't make money. You change the compensation plan from Q2 to Q3 without mentioning it from stage. You promise 2 MYD bonuses in Q3 but then turn the 2nd into a Q4bonus. Where is that extra 10million you got approval for? The company achieves stellar growth but continues to fail to hit goal, quarter after quarter. But somebody is making money on those rxs, just not the reps that are sweating for them. All those Xii calls we made for literally no money earned. I've never been jerked around so much in my life. We don't work for fun, we do it to support our families, our lifestyles. If we can't do that here, then we will go elsewhere. Good luck replacing us, everyone knows it's a total sh*t show here.

Even without a severance and "free money", people are leaving at an alarming rate. We will never truly know the full extent because they aren't hiring for those open positions so they won't be posted.

Just to add, the people who have been here the longest haven't been riding the "gravy train". Let's get this straight. We built this MF'in company to what it is. Instead of being a bitch, recognize that it may be a bullshit company now, but that's due to Flem, PS and worst of them all KC and MR. This has nothing to do with the people who built this place. This is about the "leadership" who are turning this once highly thought of company to shit. I'm just sorry you weren't here long enough to see what true leadership looks like. This launch, this company has turned into such a joke
 






If you record fake calls, you will be found out and terminated. Do not compromise your integrity by not working hard. Now is the time to prove to management that we can deliver the sales goals.
