Go Early Program debacle

Sum: (GEP+NBU)=CIA problem. Can't wait to see the GEP leaders that are way out front recognized for their efforts in NYC. KC and certain ZD sends emails out reminding people not to cheat. Hmmmmmm Incentivizing reps, mgrs with a GEP contest that adds to your presidents club rankings and ratings is not a bad thing. When the process is broken, it causes people to do things they shouldnt to "do whatever it takes to get the script through". If you played by the rules, congrats. If you broke HIPAA guidelines, directed drs and patients to 1 pharmacy, gave the office, the pharmacies the codes proactively and told them to make sure the patient called 1-800-CLUSTER to make it legit, enjoy your trip to Rome and your CE. Karma

Admittedly this was a terrible program. But not everyone who did well, did so unethically. I can honestly say I put a ton of work and follow up with the practices participating and making pharmacy calls, have a lot of patients on therapy and didn't do any of these unethical things. Don't assume that the reason someone did well on this program is solely due to unethical behavior. The same way I don't assume my colleagues that didn't do well did so because they didn't work. Everyone has unique territories that maybe played better than other for this program as well as varying levels of relationships with the docs and staff.

AMEN! KNOXVILLE GEP IS WORKING GREAT!

I hope ALL on this listen closely! I am a Pharm Rep as well, have been for almost 20 yrs, I have a 17 who has been on Vyvanse for years and we swear by it, it has helped my child through a very rigorous private school, and be able to dance ballet at a very high level for many years. Her doctor just recommended this new program to us and so far we have been unsuccessful in setting up, first problem says patient has to be 18, however indication is for 13 and older, it doesn't make sense. We are still trying to work it out. What I can say is I stumbled across this site and thread just google searching the program, I would ask that you consider the patients you serve and WHY we all have jobs in this industry, I would be completely embarrassed and concerned should my child who takes your product stumble across your thread as I did. Ive had problems with launches and product programs as well, again doing this for almost 20 years. I would encourage you to do the best you can with your doctors and your company and be thankful you have such a good job in today's marketplace AND MOST OF ALL THINK ABOUT THE PATIENTS YOU ARE SERVING, THEY AND ONLY THEY ARE THE REASONS WE ALL HAVE JOBS IN THIS INDUSTRY

The program is for 18 and up. A child shouldn't be stumbling across this page because they can't do the GEP. This thread was started because our leadership didn't communicate with anyone and we needed to know what to do. So if you're upset write them. I don't think it warrants coming on here to shame and sensor. I'm truly sorry you can't get the product, most patients can't unless rigorous work is done on the reps end because the people in charge of it do nothing. With him being 17 they will not let him either way
