Salary is 150k plus 22% pay out on total revenue. You get 1100 a month for car plus gas. Average w-2 here is about 450k top reps take home 750k-mill Best of luck

I know Globus is beginning to make headway in Chicago. They've fired a few people and rehired others. I have seen these guys more and more in the OR's.

Whats the difference between a "spine specialist" and "territory manager"? I've seen both on their site and for titles on peoples linked in pages. I'm assuming the territory manager sells the whole portfolio of products and is the rep making $400k as posted above, while the spine specialist sticks to the spine portfolio?

Spine Specialist has under $2 million in business. A TM has over 2 million and with that a higher commission % and potentially an associate sales rep. I previously worked for Globus and they paid very well to those who would bring business, if you couldn't you were replaced.

absolutely. The top spine surgeon in my area said that other companies are "scared" of Globus. Globus has better products and pays twice the commission of the big boys.

Globus and Nuvasive are the only spine companies that are growing in sales.

whats the job security/stability like with Globus coming in as a spine specialist? Are they cutthroat, or do they give you time to develop your territory and grow into the role?
