Good. I hope they do call me and ask why I gave all 1's and 2's. I am MORE than happy to go down the list and lay it all out there. If you don't want to be honest, then don't answer the survey! With everyone leaving this company, they can't fire everyone else over poor marks or they wouldn't have a sales force left!
 






No my friend, that's not how the games played. Once they target the troublemakers from survey they'll put them on a performance plan for something unrelated. There's more than one way to skin a cat or should I say a rat.

Literally never seen more paranoid people , definitely get another job ASAP it's not like this everywhere . I've given 1s when deserved many times at shire and have never been out on a pip . It's not a game to get you fired
