What drugs are you on? You call not getting ic plan until the end of the month for the month a good job? You call not having August ic plan when August is a less than a week away a good job? You call promising a pay out for June ASAP but now not until September a good job?

This is spot on. Been in pharma for over 20 years and have never gotten a ic plan/goals with less than a week left to sell...seriously! WTF! Maybe they just want everyone to go find other jobs. Resume updated and actively look and setting up interviews. This is not "Speciality" pharma.

No it is not! This company especially this unit is confused, wandering aimlessly, and lost. There's no cohesion, no culture, no comradery! It's cuter.
I've been in pharma for 15 yrs and eyecare for 10 of them. This company is not specially, it's PC company dressed in drag to look like specialty!
From the way they handle meetings to how they treat employees, this place is a farce and a house of cards.
All the vacancies, nobody with eyecare wants to come here. They all know it's a disheveled hot mess.
We desperately need somebody to step the hell up and do something, say something, make it right! There are so many messed up things going on its laughable. This "true up" from Perry better be awesome or I know MANY people who are WALKING!

Interesting he promised a "true up" for the OBU based on their goals but never offered one to the NBU - more specifically the pediatric group. With all the fumbles in both NBU and OBU I wouldn't be surprised how many people leave. This place has really turned into a joke.
#1 rule of pharma - you don't f*uck with reps money. You don't pay, reps don't work. The end.
 






























good lord give the them all ones! Why would you lie and make them feel good? And yes you don't fuck with the sales forces money . Spot on. You donT pay me....I sit at home and apply for jobs on YOUR dime. Literally every person I know is trying to get out. I've been here over 10 years. I know a lot of the reps. 99% of them are unhappy and leaving asap. People notice , other companies notice...."what is going on at shiRe?!" What the hell happened? Fleming and his idiots that's what happened .
 












You sit and home and apply for jobs that you never get hired for. When you were fired from last job its hard to get hired chump. You're on taxpayers dime leech.

RIggghhhhhht. Actually I'm on shires dime and used to give them all of my time because I actually enjoyed my job and was paid for the work I did. Now after almost two years of nothing I'm out and don't feel one ounce of guilt. I don't work for free . Sales reps don't work for free. People are finally waking up and are no longer chasing the carrot. There are many many opportunities out there. But I'll sit on shires dime and wait for the right one. You've proven you don't pay and have taken all motivation away. Just look at the GEP bullshit. Shire doesnt hold up their end of the bargain any longer. So keep those goals just out of reach and keep losing reps and watch reps use YOUR time to get the hell out of here
 












Amazed at people getting on here and arguing that reps are the problem. Sure, they are as Shire buys companies left and right over the last couple of years and profits soar by double digits every quarter, but reps are paid the same or less than they were five years ago. Go tell yourself that your c-suite greed hasn't reached new levels as our CEO gets paid 24 million a year, but we can't even store our samples and marketing supplies in a freaking storage unit.
