we did get one email at the end of week 2 -but that is it
No acknowledgement of the issues or how to resolve
No data letting us know how the nation is doing

This is business as usual for this clown.
 


















Kind of figured it was going to be a mess WHEN THEY PUT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER FOR PATIENTS To CALL ON THE PAMPHLET... doctors are frustrated and patients are pissed.... not the easy process we were promised. What do you want KC to say... Sorry the plan is a mess and patients are waiting 4 and 5 days to hear back about which pharmacy to pick up from.... sorry that then the pharmacy orders the lmedication which takes another 3 or 4 more days for the patient to wait and then my bad when the patient goes to pick it up they are turned down 4 out of five times... we do our job yet we look like liars to doctors and patients.... anyone realize we have NOT hit goal as a nation since KC took over??? That is 7 quarters... is he on a performance plan?? Don't let it fool u... vyvanse is making plenty of cash... they dont want to hand it out in bonus.This guys idea of leadership is simply throwing out words "grit" and "nimble" and showing us a mountain dew commercial to explain the meanings...
It is our fault the program doesnt work as promised... leadership at shire doesnt make mistakes. Especially our ceo and head dufus PS
