Quality of new hires in the last two years has been going down steadily as most talented people have left and Flemming is incapable of hiring A players.
Now, this place is hilarious! I have been here a couple of months now. Seen many leadership teams and this group by far is number one on the list of not getting it. They do not understand the business at all. The useless garbage they have us doing is not helping anyone.
How is firing everyone going to actually help? Who is going to replace them that is actually good? What are they going to pay these leaders with, stock???

This is ridiculous on so many levels. Erick is amazing. He is the reason that many of us are here. He protects the sales force and culture more than anyone.
