I enjoy coming on CP to read what colleagues are talking about. I have never posted but I can't let this post sit without my voice being heard... this poster is so far out of touch I don't know where to begin. The majority of the sales force DOES NOT support leadership. Deep down you must know this. some do yes, but most do not. I need this job so I pretend and play the game like you all are great but you should know better than to think we support you. even with you boosting up our numbers the last couple weeks and giving us an afternoon off in NYC to try and kiss our butts we still get nauseous looking at you standing on stage in front of the Shire logo.
P.s. I will not take the bait. I will not respond to any reply you make. There is nothing any of you could do at this point to make you think you are smart and motivating business people

U just wasted 10 minutes of ur life... our leadership is as dumb as they get but even they aren't dumb enough to believe 90% of the reps support them... can't wait to hear them tell us to get out there and work hard and to "control the controlables"

I didn't sense any fear in reading that post. Playing the game means maximizing the benefit to you without buying into the BS that upper management spews.

You are in for a rude awakening when you find out within the next 12 months that the guys on stage duped you.
