Dear Shire Family,
I enjoyed the Canary Islands so much I decided the new neuro spin-off (new company) will be headquartered there. Reasons include great weather and tax shelters. So next time you take holiday, why not take your family to the Canary Islands? Your family can enjoy the beach while you work from the new office.

This is why it is so important to make NBU as profitable as possible. New board of directors, new shares on the market in the spin-off company, etc., etc., etc. When Abbott dumped pharma, Abbvie had a star in Humira that they have been riding for a number of years. For NBU to survive, we must continue to get stronger and stronger. This will require all of us to give extra effort to start the new company in the right direction. We have to do more!!!!

Only problem is you're NOT Abbvie and your pipeline SUCKS You DONT have Humira or anything close to it !
