just cause they say 90% coverage each state is different. Mine only 32% covered commercially and top 5 plans are PAs. You clearly don't have a clue. Wish management would get a clue. This whole launch has been screwed up from the beginning. Too many reps and now they are going to rehire these territories. Nothing will happen till get Medicare coverage and they figure out going back to Q4 incentive plan.
 












and don't pay different $ per script to different people. What happened to KKs a script is a script. Oh but some are $5 and some are $40. Total bullshit. Pay everyone the same amount per script. If u want market share change do it based on the entire territory not who they deem are high dry eye targets. And realize there is no way in hell we are going to take over Allergan until Med D coverage especially AARP. Pay for the IMS data that gives credit for three scripts for 90 days instead of one script. Totally fucking us.
 






as far as bonus management needs to learn to pay people same amount per script. Not because someone has more potential in their territory
Or it comes from a certain Dr. Total bullshit. If you want to pay on market share change then do it for whole territory not 8-10 docs. Spend the $ to buy the IMS data for 90 day Scripts so we get credit for ALL of them. That would make the damn stock price go up!
