will someone tell me what the final interview is like with the Zone Manager? Is it just like a meet and greet type of situation because the hiring manager knows her first choice? Or does the RD actually interview you as well?

It can be different for each case. You should act as if it will be more than just a meet and greet. Be ready to win over whoever you sit down with and show them you want the position. Make your soon to be manager proud because your performance will reflect on them, and you don't want to come in thinking it is just a meet and greet when in fact it is much more. Better to be prepared right?

OP here. It's for the Opthalmology position.
My main concern is that Restasis looks like it will go generic at the end of this year. Right?
You needto worry about mire than Restasis going generic. For example, a cult of corrupt leadership with no strategic direction. Short term, knee jerk decisions that attempt to inflate the stock while the CEO is out shopping the company or parts of it for a quick sale.

Just read the post "Thank you Shire" which sums it up.
 






And you better ask why your territory that you are interviewing for is open. They have a history of cutting the bottom 10% of the salesforce quarterly. And they do it quietly, as if the rest of us wouldn't notice.

Restasis going generic is the least of your worries! Your main concern should be the fear you will live with daily about important things like getting your bonus and keeping your job. Everyone understands getting cut for bad numbers but they also get rid of people for BS reasons too. You can't trust anyone - it's a trainwreck in more ways than one. You should spend your time looking elsewhere IMO!

Well I can understand cutting the bottom 10%. Heck my company does that too.
Are bonus payouts in OBU an issue? What are other reasons they cut people besides numbers?
