My biggest prescriber asked me about this earlier I just gave him Todd’s number I think that’s what to do.
FDA offers several ways to report any additional and relevant info. call 1-888-INFO-FDA or 888-463-6332.
Also the entire letter dated July 17 is listed on the FDA.gov website in its entirety for review which outlines every violation and contact names and numbers for those interested.
