Can anyone tell me the pay difference between the different ESR levels? I've been an ESR1 for almost two years now and am curious what ESR2's and ESR3's make. How many levels of ESRs are there even?
Sounds like a question for your manager.Funny funny. Are we looking at a $10k difference? $20k? $30k? My base is $40k, curious if that ever goes up although base is not where I concern myself with, just want to know to know.

At least you admit you're clueless! He doesn't have a clue either.

He doesn't have a clue because no one sticks around long enough to reach ESR levels these days.

At what level are you expected to actually sell something instead of just hauling trays and opening boxes all day?ESR1: $80-$95k
ESR2: $95-$115k
ESR3: $120-$130k
ESR4: $130-$150k

Expecting a straight honest answer from Andover HR is a foolish ideaOr he doesn't want to tell you. Seems it would be an easy query to HR to get the information.
