ESR Levels

Can anyone tell me the pay difference between the different ESR levels? I've been an ESR1 for almost two years now and am curious what ESR2's and ESR3's make. How many levels of ESRs are there even?

ESR1 is $15 per hour, II is $17 per hour, III is $19 per hour with maintenance payout of .000000001 percent. Every dollar above quota is .000000002 percent. Good luck. They have your back.
