The dream team did nothing other than fo TicToks with their teams and play Call of Duty games. Beyond pathetic. Great hires and they brought in such robust sales. Lol

Understand your region and if your a rep understand your territory dynamics. This includes all managed care opportunities and what % of plans and volume they can bring. Tap into your long time key prescribers where you've that long term relationship. That easily can be 5 pages alone moron. 5 pages for managed care, and 5 pages of action plan and implementing the message. I'm sure you looked impressive with your one index card and your blowhard personality saying you could bring in 300 scripts in primary care. No wonder there was such failure in the launch.
