It was the biggest scam process ever. Recruiters have stayed away from this turd since the debacle interviews in 2020. This was nothing more than poaching of territory information. In the end the jackasses that were told they have the jobs before the Scientific Interviews started didn't have the knowledge or smarts to implement all the information on a silver platter for them. This was the biggest joke. 80% of these geniuses hired were shown the door within 9 months. Job well done Esperion. They really brought in those massive scripts from primary care where you said all the time needed to be spent. What a joke. This team was so embarassing out in the field.

Yeah, I wasn’t hired either. I was impressed with the interviewers desire to further their understanding of the assigned geography; they clearly wanted people who could elucidate a cogent business plan, and also possessed the drive and skill set to pull it through. I just didn’t make if, and when I heard who got the job I was a bit solaced. Albeit the confounding intricacies imply some implicit sensibilities that may exceed the reasonable expectations, but it is what it is. I wish I had gotten the opportunity, but life goes on.
