She failed as a sales manager and marketer. Bovia wanted to keep his wife’s best friend employed and created a sales strategy role. She attempts to execute on other people’s ideas in this role.

We need more women leaders! Way to go JG! Jazz is leading the way with DEI and all you toxic white males have to deal with it!
 
















































Sounds like a bunch of jealous babies to me. JG has a heart of gold and is an excellent leader, amazing communicator, and an even better person. GTFO with these petty criticism. You all are lucky to have her.
 


















She does nothing. No one is impressed with her. “Heart of gold” is a huge stretch! She’s a mean girl. She’s not very bright - every meeting I have with her is painful.

She loves to use the words "I'm so strategic" as well as blast peers for "not being strategic."

She has strategically planted herself under RBs protective umbrella and strategically put ALL of her work and responsibilities on others.
She spends 100% of her time conniving to move up the ladder, cutting out the knees of anyone around her.

She has not performed by any metric in any position she has had at GW/Jazz. It all started as being a mediocre, bottom half RSM and used her relationship with RB to move up from there.

Her missteps at AES last year are documented. Falsifying expenses. Just like JR, he got out because the heat got too hot. They have every reason to terminate her so she Better hope RB doesn't leave or takes her with him.
 






Regardless of division, the only people who do any work at this company are the front line sales people. Everyone else, including mgrs do nothing but sit at home and read their computers and keep shuffling papers. Then when nothing is going right, just blame it on sales. We have people tripping over one another in training, marketing, market access, management. It’s all fat that needs to be trimmed
