Dynasplint, Dynasplint, Dynasplint

Just to lighten the mood here: Why GH should run for Congress.

-Financial mismanagement skills would fit right in.
-Makes promises that he can’t keep or has no intention of keeping.
-Creating programs that there is no money to pay for.
-He would never vote for having a budget, let along actually sticking to one.
-He would immediately declare a debt limit unnecessary and mortgage the State of Alaska, the money of which would fund his new experimental laboratory located in Bermuda.
-He would be unabashed about passing laws for his direct benefit: “On the floor today is a bill to carve out a part of Severna Park, MD as a sovereign state, free of all US tax and business laws.”
-He would always take any money that would be given to him. Necessary to keep up appearances.
-Very good about bending the truth and when necessary flat out lying.
-Offer up family values and his faith as a cover story to win over the hearts and minds of people he needs to use to keep his office or get his way.
-He would naturally surround himself with incompetent staffers. The ones that are too stupid, weak or desperate to actually tell him that he doing wrong.
-Excite the conservatives by declaring that all regulations that hamper his ability to do whatever he wanted either wrong or unnecessary obstructions to his cause.
-Excite socialist by declaring that regulations that hamper his ability to sell people in need what he thinks they should have are either wrong or unnecessary obstructions.
-Because he is good enough, smart enough and gosh gone it, he likes himself.
-Did I mention lying?
-He would block any legislation that would authorize the payments on the Alaska mortgage and be quoted in the press as “GH: Those bankers are just wrong in their demands and the trouble they are causing, so they are evil. Besides, it is just a formality for them to repossess Alaska and it wasn't that important anyways. Reporter: Senator, Alaska has vast natural resources that will be lost? GH: really, my staffer Doug never mentioned that… ”
-His open attitude of entitlement for himself and family will allow him to fit right in with the people in Washington who are actually entitled. You know, the ones who actually have wealth and power.
-He is very comfortable with destroying anything that gets in his way of getting his way; i.e. the US government, the world economy, his business.
-Loves to be the center of attention.
-Did I mention lack of fiscal management skills?
-He would be thrilled to have an office building named after him at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Hepburn Highway (formerly named Ritchie Highway)

That fat lady hasn't sung yet

GH is determined more than ever

With God's help and his own humility,
DSI will turnaround.

The idea if naming the building is a good one.

The turnaround will be epic!
God Bless

Awesome LOL !!! Thank you !

I'm not defending GH actions, but when I was working there Medicare retracted there payments when a patient was in a facility so how it's he stealing if they took back there money

Medicare did retract a great deal of money. But while it's true that money is certainly part of the issue, what is equally important is that Dynasplint was told over and over again not to bill Medicare B for patients in skilled nursing facilities and GH chose to apply his own "interpretation" to the rules.
And now, Dynasplint is still fitting patients in facilities and simply not billing Medicare for them. Medicare is not going to like that.

Dynasplint IS going to come out of this, and the employees who have stuck and been loyal, and the ones who return when the call backs happen, will be greatly appreciated and rewarded.
GH, DP and MP know what they are doing, and the current HR manager is dedicated to the company.

Hey Tex, I thought you weren't allowed to post here?

I like Texas and Texans. In Texas, everything is bigger. When Texans win, they win big. And when they lose, it's spectacular.

If you really want to learn the attitude of how to handle risk, losing and failure, go to San Antonio and visit the Alamo. The Alamo is a great story of brave people who chose to fight, knowing there was no hope of success against overwhelming odds. They chose to die instead of surrendering. It's an inspiring story worthy of study; nonetheless, it's still a tragic military defeat. They got their butts kicked. A failure if you will. They lost. So how do Texans handle failure?

They still shout, "Remember the Alamo!" ― Robert T. Kiyosaki

Loyal? 502 employees were loyal till they got let go . And how are they being rewarded ? With monies due not being paid, bounced checks etc... I personally worked for MP and he had a nickname that he earned . He was a terrible manager who played favorites . He pressured his managers to constantly write employees up. I guess he never thought out how the constant fear of losing your job would affect employee attitude or work performance . And if you were a brown nosing favorite you got to do whatever you wanted. The big question is why would anyone want to be called back? You have been shown once that you were expendable & were not the "chosen" few that kept their jobs. And to add to that monies are still owed to ex employees. Great job security right ?

Oh wait the 502 were the "under achiever's ". That is why they were let go . And if they continue to pray maybe they will be called back

I was employed by this piece of shit company for less than four months. My goal was to receive a paycheck for doing as little as possible while I interviewed with real companies to work for. Turned out, I had to do even less than I thought I would and I STILL got paid. Plus, I got another job, started it at the beginning of May, and continued to get paid from Dynasplint until the first part of June, when I quit. Hey Jack, that makes me an "over achiever".

Feel free to track my IP address if more info is needed.

I worked for DSI for 18 months. I was very successful, always hitting tier 3-4. I was fired by George because I did what I was told to do, the patient caught on and complained, and I was the scapegoat. It is the EXACT thing lined out in all the previous pages. My manager encouraged me to sell to ECF and walk through getting any order I could.

I will say, the sales training was excellent, my current position of 6+ years I am a director, making total plan of 135+. I work 4 days at most because my reps are solid.

It is karma coming back on GH. Cripes, I have dirt not even mentioned here

I can guarantee this is not the case! I brought in the most revenue on my team and still got the boot! Please don't out this shit on here making it even harder for us to find a job!

You are in dream land. If they are coming back why lay off you director of purchasing? Why lay off the VP of sales? During this "rebuilding" phase they done need to buy products or sell? Dynasplint is a big joke and will be available for private auction soon!

You forgot to mention that when when everything goes down the toilet because of his mismanagement he will do as the current guys do and ... Blame the banks...GH has been practicing that one a lot

So, I reckon you will return to DSI when called back?

You're a real piece of work.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
You stole from your employer!

There are none so blind as those that refuse to see. Those who work at Dynasplint and those who go back are the blind, and staying there is their refusal to see. But, the company WILL continue; GH has had his back against the wall before and made it through and he will again. Not saying that's a good thing, but, it is what it is.
