Too many Queen-of-means to know who you're speaking of. Matt Pettie or Keith Rogers? Both shame the same poor management skills, game playing and flat out stupidity.
 






Dynasplint is dead because they used the backward tactic of motivating by fear. Look to companies like Google and Apple for correct management styles. That's what happens when you make therapists into managers. A failed experiment.
 






DSI is innocent until proven guilty by the feds for Medicare fraud.

A former employee who was at Dynasplint for 6 years: Whoever made the comment about motivating people by fear : RIGHT ON ! It is a short term motivator at best, and is part of the reason for the off-the-chart turnover there. If you keep scaring people, they eventually stop giving a rats a** and move on.

So true! Not to mention that that type of tactic will only keep someone around (doing just enough work not to get fired) just long enough for them to find another job. Ridiculous to think that a physical therapist can be transformed into a business or sales manager; what a joke.

Keith Rogers never could answer any questions and would have you running around to get the answer from other co-workers

Was never there.. taking off for stupid reasons or "dr appointments"

Or would be in his office with the door closed to GOSSIP!

It's no wonder half of his employees quit or moved to other departments shortly after he started.

Christian ??? Did you work for dynasplint? Or were you part of the clique that could do whatever they wanted? If you had actually worked there you would have realized how unchristian that place was. It's funny how you quote scripture to defend the place . How about thou shalt not steal ? Because there are a lot of ex employees that worked hard & need their money to pay their bills.

It's just business to steal from Medicare? That is stealing, which he is guilty of. He is also guilty of stealing from ex employees by not paying them for the work they did. He is also guilty of lying about pretty much everything. 401k not being paid for current employees... Also stealing. Do you see that patern here? All George is doing is robbing Peter to pay Paul (if you like loose biblical references, which someone on here obviously does). I would like to state that I am very much a Christian. I understand having faith in God to pull you through tough times. I believe that is a good thing. However, I do not believe God honors lying and stealing. I would have respect for George if he said "Hey, I messed up. Yes I committed Medicare fraud. I learned from this poor decision, take the penalty, and start over if allowed." That's what a real Christian would do.

I'm not defending GH actions, but when I was working there Medicare retracted there payments when a patient was in a facility so how it's he stealing if they took back there money

Oh goodness all this talk of Christianity. Dynasplint committed fraud that's why the former rep turned them in, why the government also felt so strongly as to pursue the case, why former employees admit to improper billing practices on this site. Come on who are you kidding? GH ran the most poorly managed company in the US. Lay off 500 people to pay back the bank that's foreclosing on you? Borrow money from your 401K to make payroll to the ones left? Limited pay or no pay to the current employees, back pay due to the laid off employees, payroll taxes not paid, healthcare premiums not paid, 401k contributions not made. This company will file for bankruptcy or be sold for pennies on the dollar its inevitable. So stop with the Christianity bull its a sinking ship.
