Dynasplint, Dynasplint, Dynasplint

Rhonda, don't worry about these people. They are probably relatives (or from DSI corporate) and being unchristian and all, are simply out to persecute you for standing up for the other 499. I cant help asking "WWJD."

Keep up the good fight by asking all the right questions.

Let us know if you get a direct reply from GH regarding all the monies owed.

I returned Bonnie's call this morning and she resent the e-mail that apparently never made it to me.

His e-mail still does not give specific dates when people can expect to start receiving monies that are owed. It does say that he is working on a repayment plan that will get everyone paid what is owed with interest. B B & T have not seized any property as of yet and his lawyers are working to prevent this from happening.

Other than that, it was just more of the same sugar coated BS. He did say that if anyone wanted to contact him for any answers to please send him an e-mail and he would respond. He doesn't respond to Anonymous.

State laws address the penalties for writing bad checks. There are generally two types of penalties for NSF checks: civil and criminal. Civil penalties address how much the recipient can collect after receiving a bad check. In some states, this can be much more than the amount of the bad check, and may include double or triple the amount of the check plus attorney fees and damages.

Under criminal penalties, you can be prosecuted and even arrested for writing a bad check. Bounced checks typically become criminal matters when there is an intent to defraud on the part of the person writing the check. The majority of bounced check cases do not involve criminal penalties, as most people cover a bad check as soon as possible.

I am a former Dynasplint employee who is a lurker on this board. I was gone from Dynasplint by choice shortly before the layoff happened, but I did work there for six years. It was an awful place to work, and the way people are treated is something that GH should be ashamed of. The favoritism and cliques, the drunkenness of the managerial staffers, the lack of honesty, the financial mismanagement, lousy morale, skating around the edges on billing practices, accounting practices that are, at best, questionable..... this is all day, every day, at Dynasplint. It's a company that had tremendous opportunity to do good for more than the occasional patient and it was all squandered. What is happening now is the result of all those things, and GH has earned every bit of it. The sad part is that so many others have had to live with the consequences. Whether you work there now or are waiting for a call back : GH has shown himself, repeatedly, to be dishonest and deceptive. To expect that to suddenly change is not realistic.

To whomever wrote this: as a past employee of Dynasplint myself (who left several years before the layoff), your concise post speaks truth that no other has been able to convey in all the 33 pages of this ridiculous rhetoric.

To current employees and those waiting to be called back: please consider what is stated in the quoted post above be encouraged by the fact that the grass IS, without a doubt, greener on the other side of the fence.
