I am far from consumed with a bunch of Anonymous fake people. Again, I didn't see anyone else step forward and at least try to help get 499 other people paid. You would rather sit there in judgement of others, really shallow by the way.
Basically, all of the posts after 9pm last night though this post are not from me. Believe if you want, that is certainly your prerogative.
Again, I do not give a rats ass what you think of me..I no longer work with any of you and quite frankly, I wouldn't associate with most of you outside of those walls if you were the last people living. Most of you seemed to think your shit didn't stink!! that is so far beneath me that you rank lower than whale shit.

Rhonda, don't worry about these people. They are probably relatives (or from DSI corporate) and being unchristian and all, are simply out to persecute you for standing up for the other 499. I cant help asking "WWJD."

Garnishment of Property. A writ of garnishment allows a judgment creditor to receive property that belongs to or is owed to the judgment debtor, but that is in the possession of a third party. The most commonly seen garnishment of property is the garnishment of a debtor’s bank account. Once a writ is issued by the court, it must be served on the third party thought to be in possession of the property, also known as the Garnishee. The Garnishee must provide a formal answer within 30 days after receipt of the writ, either admitting or denying possession of the debtor’s property. If property is confirmed and Garnishee has no defenses, the judgment creditor may request the court issue an order directing the Garnishee to release the property of the judgment debtor directly to the judgment creditor to satisfy the judgment. MD Rule 2-645 and 3-645.
Now that the garnishment by the Susquehanna bank has been approved by the court, does that mean they can proceed with seizing all bank accounts and proceed with commercial and personal property foreclosure to satisfy the judgement?
The bank's attorneys' fees and interest rate are significant:
Ordered that the Clerk to enter judgment in favor of Plainitff and against defendants, jointly and severally the sum of $12,850,036.32, consisting of $11,128,866.89 in total principal owed on the Recolving Note and the Term Note, $45,077.74 in total interest owed on the Revolving Note and the Term Note interest through 7/31/13 and $1,676,091.69 in total attorneys' fees owed on the Revolving Note and the Term Note, together with interest at the contractually agreed upon default rate (BB&T's Prime Rate plus 8.00%) accruing from 7/31/13 plus costs as taxed by the Clerk. (Copies to Atty Greenberg)
