My dog ate some Integra skin. Should I be concerned? Oh and chewed up some panta nails...still sterile? Pretty sure it was a 10x180 and 11x150 and some 2x2's. Scruffy just firmed up the backorder situation for March. It's cool just flash the nail and up charge the 4x5. $1 billion here we come! Hey when there's a will there's a way by limiting certainty and promoting the halo at AAOS. Good job boys. Well done. I only got laughed at twice.

A hiring freeze only makes sense when sales objectives aren't being met and turnover is low. With the current pace of resignations, we would have no sales force in about a year if we invoked a hiring freeze. Come to think of it, maybe that's their strategy and Christopher Walken is actually doing the job they hired him to do. Regardless we are in bad shape.

im confused with your last statement. You mean turnover is high? It is well known across the country however underperforming metal territories are being converted to distributorships. This has been a well known fact for awhile now, and is about to hit home real quick in the mid-Atlantic...

The lack of leadership and direction on all levels is glaring. It's not just a few malcontents complaining about the standard BS, Integra has an entire sales force which has checked out for legitimate and justifiable reasons. Yes indeed, Integra is in very bad shape and every employee knows it.

Yet the stock price is at an all time high. Interesting phenom. I love it how my manager tells me it's our duty to to satisfy the shareholders and drop all of my revenue into SS when I don't see another dime of commissions because my metal quota is f'ing inflated. But you can 'true up' at the end of the year. At which point in time do you decide to be selfish and make your money when you can? Been operating that way since Walken took over.

Walken is the equivalent to testicular cancer.

How is the sales team shown appreciation for their hard work and record breaking numbers? Lower earnings, unrealistic quotas because those geniuses doubling the price of Primatrix really did us a solid, and not even being able to get things off back order. Let's get serious man. What. The. Hell.

TEI/Primatrix was the largest acquisition in company history and the worst decision ever too.

With open territories in every region the management team is pushing on with a direct sales force. A number of surgeons are commenting on how they have not had a local representative for the past five months. What is the deal with this team?

its simple, Integra management is a pretentious high paid 7 layer burrito while the sales force gets shit on. Too may Chiefs, not enough Indians. The smart ones move on if and when they can. It's not that the product line sucks, nor is it the level of talent for the most part. It's the fact that those who are stuck are so mentally checked out getting hosed day after day with this bush league company there buying there time until they see the light. Turn over is high. Historically high. Thanks Gooch. If he's our leader of the sales division, then he should be paid the same comp plan based on performance that we are. Of which he hasn't hit his metal quota EVER! No bonus for you Walken. Should demote your ass back to SS1 for not hitting your number and put you on a plan.
