Did Vascepa indication change?

I don’t work for Amarin but I’m in Pharma so my father in law asks me questions all the time.

he tried to get Vascepa prescribed and his insurance denied it saying his triglycerides must be over 500 to get it approved. Since when is this the only indication?

his trigs are 168

The only INDICATION …. I can see is that this company was a sideshow train wreck that managed in the minors and never had a lifecycle strategy, or any strategic staffers to nurture this product along…. They managed in the minors… and used hope as a strategy…. Byproduct is a decimated company with tremendous lost shareholder value… that the new idiots think they can salvage with an EU strategy, when they clearly failed in the US… the largest market in the free world.
