Dear Shire Board

Insider here and we saw the survey analysis yesterday. It is spot on that leadership is well respected at Shire. The few trolls that constantly write negative comments are fired employees with a grudge. The truth will always win! Good selling.

Bullshit. No one is going to be honest on ANY survey. The no standing ovation for any of the leadership at the launch spoke VOLUMES! They ruined this company.

Agreed, if you can't get a pulse of what this company is today from the launch then you weren't there. The survey means nothing, the fact that 20% of the people gave a golf clap for all of the leadership is the most telling sign of the belief in this company and its leadership.

Trump's latest approval rating is 39% term to date according to Gallup. Glassdoor provides easily comparable ratings across companies.

Glassdoor comparison data:
Alexion = 2.6 stars
45% recommend to a friend
89% approve of "new" CEO (Ludwig Hantson)

Shire = 3.0 stars
45% recommend to a friend
39% approve of CEO (all time low and going down)

Gilead = 3.2 stars
56% recommend to a friend
82% approve of CEO

Biogen = 3.3 stars
56% recommend to a friend
40% approve of CEO (all time low and going down)

Amgen = 3.8 stars
71% recommend to a friend
74% approve of CEO

Sanofi Genzyme = 3.4 stars
62% recommend to a friend
83% approve of CEO

These are the facts as they currently stand, without any company spin. What do you think the facts are telling us?

Insider here the above poster was high when they wrote this. Home office is trying to spin things after UBS press release. Flemming being replaced whether he likes it or not.

Let's get a move on!! Get rid of him and his bunch of merry idiots. How in the hell it ever got this far down the rabbit hole is beyond any rational business sense. Let them all go and short the next company they start to manage.

Wrong... i work here and am a multiple p club winner... I like my RD but have a strong disdain for those leading us at the higher levels... we are not fired trolls. We are the large majority

Why bother to argue with the inept lone defender of FO and his lackeys. The votes are in, fact-based, and public - UBS downgrades because the culture and leadership suck (a first for Wall Street !), the stock price sucks, our sales suck, our pipeline sucks, our massive debt sucks, and the Board sucks. It's beyond denying - FO clearly won't land another role anywhere so he's got to hang on, the Board are too cowardly to admit their mistakes, so the band is playing after we hit the iceberg.

Flem has 83% approval. Great leader and the numbers don't lie the angry fired trolls.

Posting again during business hours ? Still unemployed and angry ? Good Riddance you slouch !

83% approval... now that's funny... and yet not one of those 83% clapped or stood up for him last week in New York. try not giving such an absurd number next time when you make up data. if you said 50% approval you would still be way off but it is a little more believable. Actual # is around 20% approval for our CEO and leadership team. We still can't believe they have not turned away from the brilliant adult and pediatric focused reps idea... these people have no brains

80-83% approval rating - who is that coming from the top few yes men that drink the Kool-Aid. The board has to make a change, unless they are just Yes men/women too, before the CEO makes sure Shire is no more. The CEO wants to be in critical care, but he should stick with ADHD and DryEye.

You have to assume FO is not a complete fool and realizes how little regard we all have for him. But this is a man who has managed to flit from job to job with trusted lackeys. We can only assume the Board is going to get the "internal numbers" for satisfaction, not the real numbers from Glassdoor.

I think when HQ saw 38% CEO approval rating on Glassdoor they were so shocked that they assumed it must be a mistake, and they simply reversed the numbers and told FO his approval rating is 83%. The power of a magic mirror..see what you want to see.
