since the NBU reps are doing more unnecessary driving with these poorly designed territories and also spending a fair amount of time in OBU accounts -----it has occurred to us that some primary care offices are not going to be adequately covered.
So we have an exciting opportunity.
We are hiring contract reps. -NOT to call on OBU accounts but to call on NBU accounts.

Exactly. Dumbest shit I've ever heard. It's not rocket science. Keep the NBU reps in NBU (since that's what we've actually been trained on!) and hire contract reps to help with OBU.
Leadership is so out of touch. To be surprised at the NSM that reps weren't more excited when you dropped the bonus qualifier from 7 calls down to 3? Are you insane? We aren't happy because we don't want to be in there at all! To give pediatric reps more OBU targets during back to school? Insane. To not even address the separation in goal attainment for Peds vs Adult reps? Insane. I don't know a single rep who left that NSM excited for what's to come.
