Conference call tomorrow about a co promote?









































































since the NBU reps are doing more unnecessary driving with these poorly designed territories and also spending a fair amount of time in OBU accounts -----it has occurred to us that some primary care offices are not going to be adequately covered.

So we have an exciting opportunity.

We are hiring contract reps. -NOT to call on OBU accounts but to call on NBU accounts.

No need to thank us. We are solution oreiented leaders.

Man, I couldn't agree more! As an OBU rep, I know you guys are much more trained & prepared to sell vyvanse. Your time is much better spent in your offices. Hiring contract reps is even more stupid than sending you guys into our eye care offices. This is unbelievable!

Exactly. Dumbest shit I've ever heard. It's not rocket science. Keep the NBU reps in NBU (since that's what we've actually been trained on!) and hire contract reps to help with OBU.
Leadership is so out of touch. To be surprised at the NSM that reps weren't more excited when you dropped the bonus qualifier from 7 calls down to 3? Are you insane? We aren't happy because we don't want to be in there at all! To give pediatric reps more OBU targets during back to school? Insane. To not even address the separation in goal attainment for Peds vs Adult reps? Insane. I don't know a single rep who left that NSM excited for what's to come.

Or, just not hire any contract reps! OBU doesn't need any help!! Let us call on our ECPs, NBU can take care of M & V. Enough said! No body needs contract reps hacking up their territories! They are probably hiring reps that make a lot less, train them then give them our jobs. That's what's really scary!!
