Came here from a biotech and very happy. Check out the individual franchise, though.

It is Big Pharma with marketing top down approach. If you dont mind thinking and taking orders to execute like a solider then you will enjoy Pfizer

like anywhere depends on DM. many good, some bad. not as bad as it used to be, most are happy. do your homework

You must be in Oncology then or just a free loader off a strong counterpart buying your time.
In I&I it is a mess from the top, and while some DMs are good at filtering , most are scared of Big Blue & just execute HQ orders like a solider.
Lots of poor hires over here thus poor decisions in a directive top down environment.
